Assistant for our Managing Director D-A-CH (m/f/d) part-time
We are looking for a structured organizational talent to support our managing director in his daily tasks. A weekly working time of 20 hours is planned. The location of working hours can be flexibly regulated.
Your tasks: Appointment coordination including preparation and follow-up Support in conceptual, administrative and organizational tasks Travel management including travel expense report Organization of meetings and events
Your profile: Several years of professional experience, ideally in an international, group-like environment Professional handling of common MS Office programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) High motivation and willingness to perform as well as strong communication and teamwork skills Confident and friendly appearance Open mindset, flexibility Confidentiality and discretion Very good knowledge of German and English, spoken and written
